Initially ("we," "our," or "the app") is a daily puzzle game. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
Account information: When you sign in, we collect your email address and send it a one-time sign-in code (or link). We do not collect or store passwords.
Gameplay data: We store your puzzle results, including which puzzles you've played, your guesses, win/loss outcomes, current streak, and guess statistics. This is used to sync your progress and stats across your devices.
Leaderboard name: If you choose a display name, it is shown to other players on the leaderboard alongside your weekly points. Your email address is never shown to other players. Players can report a name they find offensive.
Invites: Each account has an invite code. If you sign up using someone's invite, we record who invited you, so they can unlock categories and see you among their friends on the leaderboard.
Feedback: If you send feedback from the app, we store your message and, only if you provide it, an email address so we can reply.
We do not collect: location data, contacts, photos, or any device data beyond what's needed for the app to function.

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Account → Delete account in the app, or by contacting us at the email below.
Initially is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
We may update this policy occasionally. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
